Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consulting engagements

Work already performed and expenses already incurred are non-refundable. Any deposit is applied against fees earned to date; unused portions are refunded within a reasonable time after cancellation.

Fixed-scope packages

Prior to kickoff, purchase price is fully refundable. After kickoff, refunds are prorated based on work completed and materials prepared.

Managed IT plans

Managed IT plans may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period with written notice. Monthly fees for the current period are non-refundable.

Approved scope required

Enterprise migrations, security engagements, and large infrastructure projects require an approved scope of work before purchase.
